Description
TriplePlay clips onto your guitar’s bridge and translates every note you play into MIDI data, sent wirelessly to your computer or iOS device. No permanent modifications, no drilling — mounting hardware is included and the whole system comes off just as easily as it goes on, letting you switch it between guitars or pack it away in the case since the controller sits under half an inch tall.
Once installed, a hexaphonic pickup captures each string independently, so you can layer four instruments at once, split sounds by string or fret, or hold a note while your fretting hand moves on. A guitar/mix/synth switch and onboard volume control sit right where your picking hand can reach them mid-song, along with menu buttons for changing patches without breaking stride.
The rechargeable lithium-ion battery runs over 20 hours, and the wireless link holds up to 100 feet from the USB receiver — enough range for rehearsal rooms, stages, or just pacing around a home studio while you compose.
