The MyMonitorII sits inline between a microphone and the mixer, passing the signal through untouched while letting the musician blend in their own voice or instrument against a separate stereo source, like a click track, backing mix, or monitor send.
Because it passes phantom power through its mic thru connection, condenser mics stay powered from the board as usual, so there’s no gap in your signal chain. A pop-less mute switch lets the performer kill their own mic locally when they need a break, without cutting phantom or disrupting the thru signal to the console.
On the output side, independent 1/4-inch and 1/8-inch headphone jacks mean two people can share one unit if needed, each with enough drive for comfortable listening levels. Power comes from the included 12VDC adaptor or a 9V battery, so it works equally well wired into a permanent setup or carried to a stage or rehearsal space.
