The ART dADB packs two fully independent active direct boxes into a single steel enclosure, giving you a reliable way to send guitars, keyboards, or other high-impedance sources into balanced console or interface inputs. Each channel runs its own buffered active circuit, keeping the signal path low-noise while preserving detail even when levels get hot.

Frequency response stays impressively flat from 10 Hz to 100 kHz (±0.5 dB at 0 dBu), and with over 100 dB of dynamic range and 80 dB channel separation, the dADB stays out of the way of your source tone. Maximum input handling scales with the attenuator setting — up to +44 dBu — so overload is rarely an issue, whether you’re tracking a bass DI or feeding a line-level synth. Each channel’s ground lift lets you break ground loops between separate systems without reaching for extra cables or isolation boxes.

Compact at 2″ x 5″ x 5.75″ and weighing just 2.7 lbs, it’s an easy addition to a studio rack, live rig, or gig bag whenever you need two trustworthy DI channels on hand.
