Tracking with a band or just tired of passing headphones around? The ART Headamp 4 splits a single line or headphone signal into four independent stereo outputs, letting everyone dial in their own volume without adding load back onto your mixer, interface, laptop, or media player.

Housed in a stackable, custom-extruded metal case, this version improves on earlier Headamp models with lower noise, lower distortion, and more headroom to drive whatever you plug into it. Both 1/4-inch and 1/8-inch inputs and outputs are wired in parallel, so it works whether you’re feeding it from a mixer’s headphone bus, a phone, or a laptop headphone jack.

Because each of the four outputs has its own level control, you can mix and match headphone types on the fly – full-size studio cans on one channel, in-ear monitors or custom molds on another – without one loud pair forcing everyone else to compromise.
