Description
When six people need six different headphone mixes, the ART HeadAmp6 keeps everyone happy from one box. Each of its six channels has its own auxiliary input, so any player can blend in a private “more-me” signal alongside the main stereo bus instead of fighting over a single shared feed.
- Six independent, high-power headphone amp channels
- Dual-function Balance/Mix control on each channel — pans the main L/R signal, or blends main mix with that channel’s aux input
- Mono, Mute L, and Mute R buttons give four monitoring modes per channel: Stereo, Mono Left, Mono Right, or Mono Both
- Independent output level knob per channel for personalized volume
- Four-segment LED metering per channel, plus a Master Volume control with eight-segment LED metering
- Front-panel Direct In jack
- One front-mounted and two rear-mounted 1/4-inch TRS headphone jacks per channel
- Drives up to 18 headphones simultaneously
- XLR and 1/4-inch main inputs/outputs, with parallel main outs for linking multiple units
Wiring is straightforward thanks to front-and-rear jack placement — patch quickly during a session or leave headphones semi-permanently connected on the back panel. Whether you’re tracking a full band or building out a shared studio monitor station, the HeadAmp6 scales cleanly: chain additional units via the parallel outputs to cover as many players as your session needs.
It’s a practical, no-nonsense way to give every performer control over their own mix, without adding a full mixing console to your setup.
