The Novation Circuit puts a full electronic music studio into a compact grid controller. Two Nova polysynth engines sit alongside a four-part drum machine, all driven by a 4×8 RGB velocity-sensitive pad grid that shows notes and steps at once, so you always know what’s playing and what’s coming next.

Because Circuit runs on 6x AA batteries (included) and has a speaker built right in, you can sketch out a track on the couch, in the car, or wherever ideas strike, no laptop required. Back in the studio, it syncs to your DAW over USB/MIDI and slots in next to your other synth gear via its 1/4″ outputs and MIDI ports.
